Welcome to Weblique Studio. We believe in keeping our business relationships as clean as our code. These terms outline how we operate, how we handle white-label confidentiality, and what you can expect when you partner with us for WordPress and Bricks Builder development.

By engaging our services, you agree to these practical, straightforward terms.

2. White-Label Partnerships & Confidentiality

We routinely act as a silent technical partner for creative agencies. Your clients remain your clients.

• Strict NDA Standard: We operate under strict confidentiality. We will never contact your clients directly unless you explicitly request us to do so under your agency’s email domain.
• Portfolio Usage: We will never feature white-labeled agency projects in our public portfolio or marketing materials without your prior written consent. We respect your client agreements.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

We pride ourselves on pixel-perfect execution, but successful builds require clear boundaries.

• The Baseline: We adapt to your workflow. Our scope is based on your preferred starting point—whether that is a finalized design file (Figma, Sketch), a list of inspiration links, or designing natively in the browser as we build. Once we align on the visual direction and project brief, that becomes our technical baseline.
• Scope Changes: If you or your client request new features, layout overhauls, or functionality changes after development has started, we will transparently discuss how this impacts the timeline and project cost before writing any new code.

4. Payment Terms & Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

We don’t believe in holding websites hostage. Our ownership transfer is simple and transparent.

• Payment Structure: Trust goes both ways. For our established, trusted agency partners, we frequently waive upfront deposits and work on a purely deliverable-based schedule. For new client relationships, we typically require a 50% deposit to secure your spot in our development queue, with the remaining balance due only upon your final sign-off on the staging server.
• 100% Ownership: Upon receipt of the final payment, all intellectual property rights, source code, and design assets developed specifically for your project transfer completely to you. You own the site.
• We retain the right to reuse underlying, non-proprietary code snippets or base Bricks Builder frameworks in future projects, provided they contain zero confidential data or unique design elements belonging to you.

5. 30-Day Bug Warranty

We stand behind our code. Every custom website we launch comes with a 30-day technical warranty.

If you discover any bugs, responsive layout breaks, or functionality errors that deviate from the approved design within 30 days of launch, we will fix them at absolutely no cost.

Please note: This warranty does not cover issues caused by actions taken after handoff, such as clients deleting critical structure, server/hosting failures, or third-party plugin updates that break compatibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we engineer our sites to be highly secure and performant, Weblique Studio cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, server downtime, or third-party software failures once the site is deployed to your live hosting environment.
